Get help with a Gumroad purchase, a BookFunnel audiobook delivery, or an Amazon edition without guessing which service handles the next step.
The direct route
Include the product title, purchase email, approximate purchase date, and a short description of the problem. Never send a password, full payment-card number, government identifier, or other sensitive information.
Who handles what
Gumroad is the checkout and merchant of record for current direct digital sales. Start with the receipt email for payment, duplicate-charge, or refund questions; replying to that receipt keeps the purchase details attached.
BookFunnel delivers eligible audiobooks after purchase. If the delivery message is missing, check spam and promotions folders first, then contact commerce support with the purchase email and title.
Kindle, paperback, and Amazon audiobook purchases are separate Amazon transactions. Order, shipping, return, and account questions for those editions follow the terms and support route shown by Amazon.
