Review the title, format, price, delivery method, refund disclosure, and provider identity shown before payment. Do not complete a purchase if the offer or checkout does not match what you intended to buy.
Current terms
Gumroad is the merchant of record for current direct digital sales and handles checkout and applicable sales-tax collection. Prices are shown in the offer; a bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other fees outside the archive's control.
A completed digital purchase grants the buyer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the supplied content. Copyright and all rights not expressly granted remain with the applicable rights holder.
Purchased files, delivery links, account access, recordings, and course or listening materials may not be resold, uploaded, publicly shared, republished, or distributed to others. Commercial use requires a separate written license.
Prices, bundles, coupons, and limited offers may change before purchase. The price accepted at checkout controls the completed transaction. Promotions do not create a right to retroactive discounts unless the offer expressly says otherwise.
Gumroad and BookFunnel support the direct digital path described on this site. Amazon editions are separate Amazon transactions. Each provider's checkout, account, payment, privacy, delivery, and dispute terms also apply to activity on that service.
The buyer must have legal capacity and authority to use the selected payment method. A minor should purchase only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
The refund disclosure shown at purchase and the public refund page explain the request path. Contact commerce support promptly for a missing, corrupt, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow a seller to exclude. Material policy changes apply prospectively; the offer and disclosures accepted for a completed purchase remain part of that transaction.
Scope boundary
